Fantastic place to spend a few days! The spa facilities are lovely. The outdoor pool is great. Staff are helpful. Breakfast had a good selection and the rooms were very comfortable.

Good location, matrass and bathroom. We had a good stay in the hotel. Big shout out to Wally as well! He made our stay great: helped with the carlift (nice that you can park for free in this hotel), put our freezing blocks and food in the freezer/fridge for the night and he was so kind to us.

Beautiful location with fantastic rooms that make the most of scenic location. Fire in the salon of an evening was excellent.

The first room I got was very small and the curtain in the shower didn't work. I was moved to another room which was great - bigger and nicer. So from what I've seen there are worse and better rooms. I definitely enjoyed my stay in the new room, I stayed for many nights in a row - there's daily cleaning, the staff is really friendly and helpful, it's nice, good location. Definitely enjoyed my time.

Amazing location right in the center, walking distance to all the shops, bars and restaurants. The rooms were very spacious, clean, modern, comfortable and quiet. Great shower with good water pressure. Friendly staff.

Everything! The room was super nice. You can tell it has been recently renovated. The location was perfect to enjoy El Sardinero and visit Santander. Our train got cancelled and arrived one day later. The staff was extremely nice and understanding and cancelled the first night at no cost. We will stay there in future visits, no doubt.

We loved it. Beautiful location and friendly, helpful staff. We had a deluxe room with a view of the sea and it was such a treat to see out over the city and the sea.

Location was great lots of parking, but you must be lucky. Clean and quality service from staff when requested. Water dispenser to fill my water bottle.

The beds were comfortable. The staff was very nice and friendly. The breakfast was very tasty, wide selection.

The two Receptionists were the most helpful ever, the location was great, especially if you're catching a ferry, but still only a short walk to the Centre. The car parking was extra but fantastic value due to it's central location. Best coffee and cakes a short walk away at 'Peter Pans', and a fish restaurant close to the water, again a short walk (ask the amazing receptionists....Carlos or William). Fantastic rooms, but not really a food place, but that is out of the front door all around you, there's even a fantastic supermarket the other side of the road. Absolutely no complaints : )

Very large and comfortable room. The reception staff were very welcoming and let me store my bicycle overnight in the hotel. The room was a little dated but absolutely fine and a fan was provided. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Potes, which is beautiful. There are lots of restaurants and shops within metres. I’d certainly stay here again.
