Great breakfast, nice hotel bar. I slept very well in the bed. I had a room in the last (13.) floor, it was so quiet and you couldn´t here any streetnoises. Great view to the Guggenheim and the soccer-stadium. Cleanliness is one of the most important things in a room and Hotel Ilunion fullfill this very well. The staff - ranging from the maids to the breakfast-crew and the reception-staff - is very friendly and it always seems, that they like to do their job. Location is great. Two metro-stations near by and you also can walk in nice streets 20 minutes to the old town. Sympathic tapas-bars and cafes in the quarter and also well situated, if you do some shopping (nice boutiques).

Very good position for my business exigencies, close to the highway and to the city center as well. Bus stop for city center right in front. Underground parking lot. Nice room, ample and very clean. Delicious breakfast. Special mention for the staff, everybody was very kind and helpful.

The romantic feel of the view, how they managed to keep it old school, yet clean and new. The marble staircase and wooden slides, the big room with comfy bed and nice bathroom. Staff nice and accommodating. You can have a drink in the premises. The price is ok, regarding high seasons and the wxorbitant prices in Bilbao and around.

The location was perfect for my needs, approx 1/2 ride to the Bilbao ferry terminal, hotel had a garage for secure motorcycle parking, staff were friendly

Easy to find. Interior design was lovely . Bright, spacious with restaurant, bar and vending machines should you require them.rooms of a good size, clean and bright with very comfortable beds.Fantastic that it’s pet friendly. Our twin Schnauzers celebrated their 2nd birthday there. What a great memory

Excellent hotel, with extremely good staff. Parking is very large and very safe, with the possibility of charging electric vehicles. The rooms are spacious and modern. Clean and tidy.
