Our room had a small kitchenette. There were glasses, plates, forks, even pots and pans. The room was cleaned every day and 2 coffee capsules were provided daily. It had a large window overlooking the street. There was no noise at the night. But leaving earplugs in the room was a very thoughtful touch. It was very close to the metro and the suburban train line. There were plenty of supermarkets and restaurants around. We were able to wash our clothes in the washing machine. My husband and I were very pleased with our room.

Great location, friendly and professional staff always ready and eager to provide information and answer questions. The property is in the heart of Gran Via, next to Callao Metro station. Security was great with 24/7 hrs. personnel both at lower level as the reception on level 9. The property is very comfortable, has all amenities one would want for a great stay. There is a roof top bar with a great view of the city. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely use it again on my next trip to Madrid.

There is a very nice concierge staff called Ainara . She is super helpful for my trip about booking the ticket to any kind of activities liked museum, train ticket … make sure we can have a very smooth journey. Even brining me the train ticket to my room once it’s ready 🙏🙏🙏 it makes us feeling comfortable and relief sometimes when we know nothing about this country . It’s really amazing to us 🙏🙏🙏 overall the staffs of the hotel is nice and hospitality.

The hotel is in good area, you have very good connection to other parts of the city. Room was clean and cosy. The stuff is the biggest highlight - everyone was super nice and helpful - I definitely reccommend staying here :)
