Everything! We found a parking space just in front of the hotel. There is a supermarket just near the and you can buy what you need from there.

We were 3 adults and the room was just spacious. Awesome location - just a few minutes from the station. And the breakfast is just yummy. We thoroughly enjoyed every bite and every byte of the free internet.

Our room was perfect for 5 people. We all like it.

Great location especially if you want to take the train from Charmartin Train Station.

Modern design, close to the airport, restaurant, nice staff

My room was decorated in very impressive industrial design, with a cool vanity table. A bathroom had a big douche cabin and all necessary items.

They offered us to use the freezer in their kitchen. We could freeze our water bottles overnight for the sightseeing on the next day. The staff (both at reception and cleaning staff) were very kind and polite. There is a bath tab in my room :) My friends told that they have one in their room too. The room including the bath room is very clean. The location is very good. It is very near from both metro and railway stations. And a big shopping center with a huge supermarket (opened until 22:00) is exactly next to the hotel.

Location was excellent. Attention was exceptional. Not far from the airport.. I would say the easiest way to locate the hotel is coming through Alcampo, Dehesa entrance there is a lidl beside the hotel, and the hotel is just opposite Dehesa of Alcalá before reaching Guadalajara. You have mediamarkt, Alcampo fuel station, Dehesa, MacDonalds, Lidl etc. It's really good location. You also have car rentals inside the hotel.Parking space inside hotel premises.

Top location convenient next to the airport!

Very nice place, close to metro. It is very convenient to get from the Med Cool festival. Nearby was a small bazaar where you could eat inexpensively. The hotel had all amenities and a terrace with a beautiful view. WiFi exceeds all expectations.

Great place to stay when you have to get to the airport early or have a layover. Book your shuttle early!

Sort of got a last minute price on this one, it was worth it. The location is very close to the airport, also the shuttle bus is rather convienient but personally I didn't get the shuttle bus when I checked in, but took the shuttle bus when I headed off to the airport, but unfortunately the driver didn't really gave the passengers a heads up about terminal two, he made a hand gesture saying we were approaching Terminal 2 but instead made a stop at Terminal 4, and I wisely get off from the van, so that's the only inconvienent experience for me, but I can totally accept this outcome, overall it was a good stay.

Our second stay at this great hotel. Whenever I visit Madrid in the future I will use this hotel. 8-9 minutes walk from hotel to Metro that will take you to the center (Gran Via) in 20 minutes tops. Staff super friendly and professional. Our room was a bit cold at night (march), and the staff provided us with a mobile radiator to heat it up. Fantastic room, beds and bathrooms. Great breakfast. Extremely high value for money! Recommend this hotel any day of the week.
