Location. Style. Very nice traditional casa. Great service.

The rooms are very clean and newly decorated, very easy to find just off the main motorway to Santander. Beautiful views of the mountains, no road noise at night and a very tasty breakfast from the Cafe downstairs. Plenty of parking. We only stayed 1 night on the way back to the ferry but would have loved to have stayed longer due to the river that runs behind the hotel. Very friendly staff and felt very safe, clean bedding and towels

Everything was exceptional. Super clean, perfect hosts , fantastic views, very tasty and well presented breakfast. All at a very reasonable price. Could not have been happier… except as a pilgrim I had to walk a bit further to get there. Even the nearby restaurant was great.

Silken Gran Hotel del Sella is a wonderful place to stay, combining comfort with a charming historical atmosphere. Its location by the sea adds to the experience, offering beautiful views and a relaxing environment. I especially appreciated the sense of history throughout the hotel – it gives the place a unique and memorable character. Excellent service and a setting that makes you want to return.

EVERYTHING! starting from extremely nice hosts (Cris and Gustavo) to amazing delicious home made breakfast. It's in the middle of the village surrounded by pure nature. The atmosphere is very homie and cozy, you immediately feel like in your grandma's summer house - true rural house with lots of charm. Cris and Gustavo were the best, helping with the recommendations, places to visit and genuinely care about your stay and experience. You could feel that everything was made with their hands and heart. I will definitely come back.

Superb boutique hotel with a great beach setting on Playa de Santa Marina. We planned to stay one night but extended our stay for two additional nights due to illness. Staff were amazingly kind and helpful in response, providing simple extra meals when I was sick and many small thoughtful acts, like bringing up a kettle and tea bags without being asked. Our room was in the historic old building, a colorful building with great character. Our room was clean and spacious and offered a great view overlooking the beach while providing a lovely background sound of ocean waves. Before the illness, we enjoyed a lovely walk along the beach on a beautiful Spring day. The included breakfast was amazing, with many hot and cold dishes to order. (Their scrambled eggs were not only delicious, but came in a presentation that was a work of art.) We never had supper at the restaurant, but its reputation is renowned. What the hotel offered exceeded our expectations in many dimensions and provided tremendous value. In our view, this is a wonderful place with great hospitality for a stopover if you're travelling across the coastal areas of Northern Spain.

The town is so noisy but this hotel is just out of town and is so peaceful and quiet

The room was great, very comfortable. The staff, very hospitable and accomodating, especially the Manager. His name is Arnaldo. Very friendly and helpful. Kudos to you and your team. We would love to stay again but next time, at the Main Hotel which is so lovely.
