Excellent location.
Excellent location. Came out of season so parking was easy as we have a big car and it was on the road to the side. Hotel spotless, staff very friendly, dog friendly. The situation and views are very good.
The situation and views are very good. The restaurant is good and again has great views. Everything is clean and calm. Breakfast is typical Spanish fare with plenty of choice. Pastries are not as good as French and cooked breakfast not up to full English standards but nevertheless reflecting the price. We use this hotel to break an 11 hour journey from France to The Costa Calida and for that it is perfect.

Lovely little town on the edge of the Delta Ebre - Very...
Lovely little town on the edge of the Delta Ebre - Very friendly people, good restaurants and cafes; all set in a beautiful location. The terrain is quite flat so very good for walking/cycling. The sea was very calm when we were there and appeared very safe for swimming. I do not recommend to swim in the town, the water didn't look clean, it's better to go a bit outside of the town the opposite direction from the delta del Ebro, there you can find some nice beaches. Also, I'd say it's a bit ugly, there is nothing spectacular about this place, there is nothing to do really in the town. However, you can go outside of it to see Tortosa, delta del Ebro or hike cami Ronda. Another thing that I didn't like is the luck of good supermarkets and greengroceries, it's a bit of a food desert there.Ksenia SazonovaSpain - Scored 1010

If you like the idea of staying in comfort in a castle with foundations going back to the Romano/Greco age, then this one is for you. Marvellous hosts and the garden and pool looked fab. Sadly the weather interfered with my plans to use both! :(

We were cycling the eurovelo 8 and they stored our bikes for us and let us borrow a charger as we had forgotten ours. Dinner was lovely and very reasonable (€15 euro for 3 courses and wine €10 a bottle). I would come again. They didn’t speak much English which was good fun for us to practice our Spanish. It didn’t seem like a place overrun with English speaking tourists.AilsaNew Zealand

Comfortable room with a balcony although it was unfortunately too cold in early April to use it. Breakfast was good. Within walking distance of north part of the delta, train station nearby for easy access to Valencia or Barcelona plus Amposta.
