Hotel, restaurant and bar Everything was excellent: the room, the big bathroom, the easiness a handicapped person can reach the room; the parking, the wifi ... Excellent food and how quickly it was done; the variety of the dishes. Even excellent was the possibility of choosing to eat in the bar (naturally cheaper) or the restaurant. Besides the fact of having everything in the same building was fantastic. I have never been in a hotel where we could eat breakfast any time (for those like us who like to get up later). Staff Starting with the owner, Maria José, it's impossible not to mention her kindness and availability, being always present to satisfy us, until the workers, always ready to satisfy our requests and to give good suggestions as well as beautiful smiles on their faces ... impossible not to remember here Albino and João.

Warm and cosy 2 bedroom cottage, both bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms, great showers, hot water. Living room downstairs with small dining table and kitchen space, well supplied with equipment (note no foodstuffs provided). All spotless. There is an outdoor space with table and chairs. Helpful owners! Easy parking for two cars. In a characterful rural area between the two hot springs of Lobois and Bande (Bande still flooded though)

We went only because of the free hot springs and it worked...

We went only because of the free hot springs and it worked well. On the weekends, we have to avoid them because there are many people. Besides that, the landscape around the village, serra do Xurês, is absolutely amazing, and those nature lovers will find have an unforgettable experience, walking or by car, always listening to running waters and sometimes a nice source with pure and crystalline water. Last, but not least, the visit to the so many Roman traces is another good suggestion.

Small town with all the amenities.

Small town with all the amenities. The public thermal baths are definitely the highlight - the Lobios one was especially nice with the light rain; the Bande ones, about 20min away by car, we still underwater so we couldn't experience them. There are many trails around, and you can opt for longer or shorter ones, none of the ones we did were especially difficult. Ask for a map in the tourism office or at your hotel, and take your pick. During the summer, the mountain pools should be very enjoyable

Amazing place, beautiful and rustic vibe, with beautiful view. Close to Caldarias de Lobios. Pepe was super nice, we did a very late check-in and he helped carrying our bags. In the morning he prepared one of the best breakfasts, including a good iberic ham and home made croissant!!

Good location, close to Gerês Natural Park and its beautiful landscapes. Very nice host and very helpful also. Close to Lobios and its natural hot springs. Very quiet and restful place. Had a great time and returned home reenergised.

This hotel is super small and run by great host. I enjoyed my stay, additional props for morning breakfast which was increadible (even included fresh orange juice).
