Macher is a small village but you can find there everything...
Macher is a small village but you can find there everything you need: supeermarket, restaurants, gas station It is very peaceful place, perfect to relax. Location is very convinient: in the middle of the island- 30 minutes drive to Playa Papagayo or to Mirador del Rio. Whenether you want to go you will get there quickly.

A lovely town with everything you need accessible. It was more remote and away from the tourist places like Puerta del Carmen and Playa Blanca. There is a beautiful marine with restaurants nearby, which I would highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again.

Macher is well placed if you want some peace and quiet but...
Macher is well placed if you want some peace and quiet but handy for visiting Puerto del Carmen & Puerto Calero as well being central for trips to the rest of the island. About a mile away is the lovely coast path between the two above resorts which are also linked by a regular boat service. There is also a lovely local tapas bar in the next village.

The facilities in the suite were excellent. Very comfortable beds, bed linens etc. The kitchen was very well equipped. On arrival, a lovely bottle of chilled local wine was left for us, which was much appreciated. Alejandro was an excellent host and was always contactable by mobile should we have any queries. If ever we returned to Lanzarote we would, without question, stay at Five Suites again.

This property had absolutely everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday. No 34 bus at end of the lane 20 metres. €1.40 to go to Puerto del Carmen.... sunsets were stunning. So clean. Outside bbq. Definitely be back. Thank you, jacqui and antoinette. Local taxi is available also. Loved it. 😍 💯

I liked everything. Hosts (Sarah and her farther John) are amazing! Thnx for all your attention, help and support! Especially thnx for supporting Ukraine and people of Ukraine! It was a very cozy traditional volcanic Lanzarote style villa with a pool and nice shared area. I felt like at home.
