Located in Mácher, 1.6 miles from Playa Chica, Finca Isolina Hotel Boutique provides accommodations with a bar, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Beautiful, quiet place run by lovely people serving great food! A pity we had to continue, next time we will stay longer.
Located a 6-minute walk from Playa de Guacimeta, Apartamentos Playa Honda offers a garden, a terrace and accommodations with a patio and free WiFi. Exceptional value for money, great location 15 minute walk from airport, shop and restaurants 1 minute walk and staff were very pleasant couldn’t recommend this property more.
Offering sea views, Apartamento La Finca is a property located in Mácher, 1.7 miles from Playa Chica and 1.9 miles from Puerto del Carmen Beach. Beautiful, comfortable and very clean with fantastic views. We were welcomed by our host Monica with Wine, chocolates and flowers, we will certainly be back, simply excellent.
In the middle of Mácher, Villa Alcalde features sea views from the terrace. Guests staying at this villa have access to a fully equipped kitchen. Could not fault the interior and outside space The interior was excellent for furnishings , and equipment (Kitchen especially )Very spacious- excellent for a large group The outside leisure areas met every expectation and more Excellent service from Jules and his team-Rossi the Villa manager , our 🏊♀️ man( sorry didn’t catch his name )and the cleaning team- thank you for letting us stay on for the extra two hours We as a group would highly recommend Villa Alcalde Many thanks
Located in Mácher, 5 Suites Lanzarote offers accommodations with a patio or a terrace, free WiFi and TV, as well as an outdoor swimming pool and a garden. Loved the luxurious and secluded feel of the property, everything felt very well thought out and expensive!
Macher is well placed if you want some peace and quiet but handy for visiting Puerto del Carmen & Puerto Calero as well being central for trips to the rest of the island. About a mile away is the lovely coast path between the two above resorts which are also linked by a regular boat service. There is also a lovely local tapas bar in the next village.
You definitely need a car staying here but it’s a really great base for seeing all of the island without feeling like (or even seeing) a tourist! I stayed in suite 2 and it felt so private, I had a private terrace, a great little kitchenette and sitting room area, everything I needed! The cantina in Teguise had really great Canarian food and I loved the beaches at Papagayo - I went a little later in the day when they’re less busy and you don’t always have to pay the €3 parking charge.
Just enough distance away from the main tourist area, You would need taxis to take you in -(cost approx 8euros) If you wanted to walk it is fine but along the main road Excellent supermarket Lovely local bar serving good at a fair price We would have liked to try the main restaurant in Macher but didn’t have enough time- the menu looked good and reasonable price
Although it is a quiet and mostly residential area, there are good amenities close by. The local restaurant is outstanding - the food is excellent and the owners and staff are so welcoming. There is a regular bus that goes into Puerto del Carmen, but I would advise car rental to explore the rest of the island.
We stayed in a lovely villa called villa lucky, which I couldn't recommend highly enough. Jacqui is a great host. It was like home away from home. Macher itself is quiet but it has plenty of busses that are really cheap to take you into puerto del carmen for only €1.60. The local euro supermarket is well stocked very friendly staff that will call a taxi for you when you have finished your shopping. Macher is a lovely place to stay if you are looking for the best of both worlds, peaceful but only a short drive from the bigger resorts. I will definitely go back to macher because of villa lucky.
It's a gem of a place a little off the tourist track, very quiet, close to two beautiful and quiet beaches. Great walking and cycling prom, only one stop 5 mins from airport by bus €1.40. But didn't hear the flights at all as it's a Windy island so the constant breeze fills the distant noise. Was more a residential area than a tourist hub. Lanzarotti's natural beauty and culture thankfully still outweighs the growing rather tacky envision of touristy rinky dink vibe we loathe in other parts of island.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Penas Blancas. The property was very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen and great free WiFi. Although the owners live next door we didn't see them and the property felt very private. We really enjoyed spending time relaxing round the pool in an afternoon following our sightseeing adventures in a morning and both agreed that we would love to stay here again in future. One point to note is that you really do need to hire a car in order to make the most of what Lanzarote has to offer.
Marco and his family are offering a luxury stay @ Lanzarote from the moment you check in. The house is build with great care, is nicely decorated and very comfortable. The room is spacious & clean. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is freshly prepared with local products incl. home-made cake. It was for me the perfect stay and will stay again when I travel again to Lanzarote for cycling.
The house is perfect for 4. There are two bedrooms with two bathrooms, which is great. The fact that there are different areas in which you can spend your time at the house is good. Perfect location if you drive a car (in the middel of the island), awesome views, great pool, bbq area, friendly staff. We really enjoyed our trip to Lanzarote, and Casa Camella definetly contributed to it.
Everything perfect, the apartment is fully equipped and cleaned. In the common area there is a barbecue and a coffee machine (that definitely made the difference for our breakfasts). The place is less than 10 minutes from Puerto del Carmen and is a good starting point for many excursions in Lanzarote. Sarah is a super nice host. We only stayed 4 nights but we wish we could stay more.
Quiet peaceful location with beautiful views to the sea and to the mountains . Easy access to Puerto Calero and Puerto del Carmen - each a half hour walk or five minutes by car. Central situation from which to explore the island. Immaculately clean, well planned apartment with all the facilities of home. Very good shower and washing machine. Delightful helpful family owners.
The house is located in Mácher which is a ver good place to visit Lanzarote as is kind of in the middle of the island and in the surroundings of Arrecife. The house is big enough to live with many people without issues. Big kitchen and well equipped.
Love everything the pool, hot tube, the surroundings and how peaceful it was. It was a nice walk into puerto del carmen
Great location for exploring Lanzarote.
Well-kept furniture, attention to small details. Cleanliness, tidiness and atmosphere of beauty and relaxation. They also provided breakfast which was not included in the initial package. Really a fabulous stay. Exceptional value for money!
It is an idyllic place, Marco and the rest of the staff always very attentive. The spectacular breakfast and everything with local products. Best sunset with Fuerteventura in the background
Everything. It is very well taken care of. It is very comfortable. It is in a quiet place but close to Puerto del Carmen by car. Very friendly and discreet owners.
Everything is perfect the place and the hosts present if necessary but very discreet we are like home! .Thank you for everything Adu to the pleasure to see you again !!.
The views from the house and the comfort it offers are exceptional. Everything was perfect and allowed us to enjoy a few days in Lanzarote's paradise
The customer service is 10/10. Lovely people, who we took a great memory of
