This stylish hotel has a furnished roof terrace with a seasonal hot tub, bar and wonderful views of Madrid. Rooms include free Wi-Fi and flat-screen satellite TV.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I only stayed one night, but the room was perfectly clean, the facilities were nice and new, as expected from the room description and photos when I was booking it. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Despite some reviews here, we were very pleased with the silent and confort of the bedroom, the beds were super confortable and the air conditioning worked like magic. The breakfast really exceeded all our expectations, I've been in 4* hotels with weeker quality, diversity and freshness of everything. Definitely on our next visit to Madrid we will stay here.

The hotel decoration, staff, comfort and inclusiveness. It's marvelous to see a company giving opportunity to those with some conditions which are perfectly capable of carrying out the job. I would like to highlight Afonso's care and attention (from Reception). Definitely a role model in his field.

Excellently located in the heart of Madrid, very close to Gran Via and the Royal Palace. Our room was very spacious, with separate shower and bathtub. The breakfast buffet was excellent every morning and the staff overall at the hotel were very nice and friendly.
