A fantastic place with stunning views, relaxing atmosphere, tasty food and comfortable beds. Did I list everything? Our stay was exceptional and we couldn't be more happy to have found this place literally last minute. Totally recommend to have breakfast and dinner - it's a great value for money as you get a decent choice of dishes including local cuisine. The hotel is dog friendly and it really shows - there were a few families, including us, with their furry friends walking around. Go for it!

Hotel Plaza is good if you're a budget traveler. The place is just a walking distance from all the attractions in Cangas de Onis. The room is of decent size and the bathroom is just right for my petite size. Other people might complain of the noise as it got a bar downstairs, but as a person who cannot sleep if it's too quiet, I find it a blessing. Even though I don't speak Spanish, I feel welcome and they use a translator to communicate.

The location is brillant with spectacular views from every point on the property. We had a great room with a terrace looking straight at the mountains and valley. It was comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff were exceptional, from the welcoming at reception, the gentleman delivering our luggage from the car, the house staff and the restaurant staff. A particular message and thank you to Abdou head of the restaurant. Very generous and courteous with his time and manner.

Everything was exceptional. Super clean, perfect hosts , fantastic views, very tasty and well presented breakfast. All at a very reasonable price. Could not have been happier… except as a pilgrim I had to walk a bit further to get there. Even the nearby restaurant was great.

Breakfast was with attention prepared and has a lot of variation. I especially like the home made jams and cakes. The host is very welcoming. Location is quite compared to the nearby Cangas de Onis center, which is very touristic. There is enough parking place outside, which is also a plus point. In a word, good value for the price.
