They should rename it Wyndham Costa - totally dominated by the Wyndham resorts. Huge, sprawling developments devoid of charm and authenticity. No amenities near our accommodation. Nearest town was Fuengirola which was a good half hour walk away along the dual carriageway. Nearest restaurant 10 minutes, decent food but clearly catering to an international clientele. The sea view from the apartment was fabulous but we won't stay here again.

It still has a Spanish feel about the town.

It still has a Spanish feel about the town. Hardly any high rise hotels. Lots of lovely restaurants in the town and along the beach front. A good path along several beaches with lots of bars and restaurants to stop in. Great beaches with sunbeds to hire but plenty of space to sit on towels and play ball games. No lighting along beach path at night and restaurants here were closed at 10pm - could be down to being early in the season as we were there early April. We really enjoyed our time here and will visit again.

We had some great nights at the bar there. We visit some nice restaurants at the beach and experienced various hiking and cycling possibilities. it is very close to many other great places to visit like Marbella and Malaga.

The luxury of the apartment is great.

The luxury of the apartment is great. The view is fabulous and it's really quiet at night. The location is pretty but very isolated. You need a car or a taxi and that puts extra expense on the holiday you would not expect. We had to get a taxi every day of the two weeks. There are supposed to be three shops around the area but two of them were closed, I don't know why. They were supposed to be open until 11pm every day but the one that was open only open until 2.15pm and you never knew if they were going to open every day. The little toy train they have to take you around rarely comes on time, it takes ages to get anywhere and it stops at every stop for ages. It also stops for 2 hours for lunch and no matter where they stop you have to try and get back to the apartment by foot or wait for 2 hours. Its pretty ridiculous. The restaurants are expensive and the food and service is not good enough for the price.

There are so many bars and restaurants but I was lucky,my daughter has lived there for 2 years and dwindled them down to 6/8.But there is something for everyone.would recommend el jinnete and el Olivo ,fantastic. I found the main A7 road to be quite scary. The Lakes at Chorros we’re great fun.

We had a lovely stay here. The apartment is very clean and has all the amenities you need. Working airconditioning which is very needed in the south of Spain. Perfect location close to stores, restaurants, cities. Communication with the owners was easy and clear.

Cottage with two floors for a relatively inexpensive price! The staff was quick to respond to requests and questions. Nice bathroom with good pressure! Also this hotel belongs to a chain of hotels and you can ride a mini train in this area!
