Room was located in a big family apartment where each room is rented. There is a pleasant patio and chill balcony. Everything is clean. Kitchen is shared, has limitless coffee, coffee machine, milk, little juices. Vicente was responsive and arranged pickup/dropoff to the train station. He also kindly provided with an extra bici, so I could use it for one day. Every room is supplied with individual little fridge. 5 mins walking - supermarket, a bit more - beach. I was working remotely, and had important online meetings. It was possible with Vicente to agree about checkout a bit later mentioned time.
