This property is in a spectacular location and is beautifully appointed inside and out. Raul and Flo are superb hosts who make you feel very welcome from the moment you arrive. We opted to have the breakfasts at extra cost, which were excellent value for money, beautifully prepared and presented with many of the ingredients home grown. You have access to a really good communal kitchen for drinks, fridge, snacks etc. No cooking is allowed.

The best vacation rental I've ever stayed at! Incredibly beautiful views, very well equiped kitchen, very comfortable beds. Amazing views from all the windows, great small infinity pool to cool off when sunny. Incredible bathroom, built into the rocks. Wonderful (english) books to look out, a stereo with full collection of CD's, and a detailed "insiders" guide to the surrounding villages and Ronda. The nicest hosts met us at the house making it very easy to park and to get keys and get oriented. It is a great base from which to visit the "white towns" of Andalusia, could stay here and easilytdrive to Ronda, Zahara, Grazalema and Cueva de La Pileta. Montecorto is a beautiful 'Pueblo Blanco' and the water that flows through it feels restorative. It's a great home base for a fews days or a week or more if you love the outdoors. Hiking in the surrounding area (Montecorto and Grazalema) was terrific with good trails, so many spring wildflowers and amazing views. If you like history at all, don't miss the prehistoric caves (Cueva de la Pileta). Just driving around this part of Andalucia was spectacular. Many good restaurants in Grazalema especially.

A magical quiet and peaceful place with wonderful soulful views of the mountains, fantastic hiking trails and the charming accompaniment of the sound of the water course that runs through the village from the pine forest. Special if you love nature, peace and simplicity.

A beautiful friendly village with stunning Mountain View’s. And the 8 drinking water springs are all dedicated to inspiring women. This location is perfect for visiting the local area including Ronda and yet much quieter.

The reason for visiting this area is to relax in the midst of nature so choosing a place to stay that provides this is all that is required to enjoy the area. Montecorto (the village) is beautiful but sleepy - you can't expect to do much here, but that is it's charm.

Breakfast choices were a little limited, but everything was of very good quality. Dinner was very nice and the service was always very good. The hotel is located in a very quiet place in the middle of nature in a valley between the mountains, the perfect place to relax and be away from noise and busy life. It's nearby lots of beautiful hiking and cycling tracks, so also a good place for more active travelers. The room was in authentic style, very clean and well maintained.
