I just loved this place. Exceeded all expectations. Amazing service, room was so comfy and so clean. Location amazing. Food sources close by. Wonderful stop on the camino. Highly recommend.

Everything very clean, modern room and bathroom. The room skylight made the room nice and bright, and when the skylight shade was closed the room was nice and dark. Room had a mini fridge (with a small bottle of water) in the wardrobe. Spare blanket, jug, herbal teas provided. Towels, soap, shower gel and shampoo provided. I used the correos luggage transfer service which went well. Great location on the Camino del norte (about 3 blocks from tourist info centre and only a few hundred metres to rejoin the camino trail). Wifi and TV worked well. Hot shower with great water pressure. Room had a little desk and chair.

Lovely stay in nice surroundings. Unfortunately the weather wasn't too good, but we were able to enjoy the cozy fireplace lounge and a really good glass of wine. Nice breakfast, excellent dinner and good advice for trips in the area. Can definitely be recommended.

Dear Wonderful Receptionists, I hope you both recognize yourselves in this message! I wanted to thank you once again for your warm welcome during my stay. After leaving your hotel, I was heading to Borres as part of my Camino Primitivo journey. I explained that one of the "albergues" in Borres was fully booked, and I couldn’t make a reservation at the other one. I even mentioned that I might have to sleep outside! You, the two lovely people at the reception (a gentleman and a lady) kindly gave me a double duvet, which I packed in my backpack. I then walked the 16 kilometers to Borres. When I arrived, I decided to continue to Hospitales and sleep in the ruins, in the middle of nowhere! As I approached the ruins, I saw a light coming from the opposite direction. Since it was 11 PM, I decided not to go any further to avoid encountering the person with the light at such a late hour. So, I ended up sleeping in the middle of nowhere! It was 12 degrees, it was raining, but thanks to the double duvet provided by you, I stayed warm and cozy! What an adventure it was! That night, I thought of you both and was so grateful.
