We'd stayed at Finca El Castillo before (in one of the Cabañas) and had been fascinated by the idea of staying in La Cueva, so we were delighted to find it available for when we would be passing through La Cabrera again. Finca El Castillo is a very chilled, relaxed and friendly place with a nice pool area and plenty of space.  It's great for dogs!  It's a little quirky, but that's what we like about it.  La Cueva is definitely unique, but it's also blissfully cool in hot weather, spacious and very comfortable.  The spa bathroom is magical!  Kitchen facilities are pretty basic, but adequate because you have a menu from which you can order food (including breakfast) that is then delivered to your accomodation where you can enjoy it outside watching the squirrels or inside at the massive baronial-style table.  There's also plenty of parking, the staff are lovely and all in all it's just a really laid-back, easy place to stay.  We'll be back!

Everything was very good better than expected . The staff were helpful & welcoming the atmosphere was lovely of an evening with soft lighting outside every hut . The huts are very nice quirky & comfortable with your own outside space don’t expect too much it’s not a Hotel & it’s not Hotel Prices & we loved it with our two dogs & we will visit again soon . Tucked away in the mountainside, a real retreat, great food, nice little pool. Great service.
