Location, cleanliness, friendly and professional staff. Maribel is lovely, her colleagues as well. It says 3 stars, but for me it was a 5 star experience.

I like the complimentary water and kitchenette although there was no cutlery or plates in the kitchen. We picked this location to attend an event at Ifema. There is a park nearby which is lovely to walk round and a Supermarket next door. It was also very close to a train station so easy to get to from the airport and then onwards into Madrid.
