Excellent location, central to everything

It was modern, very clean and the location was steps away from Puerta del Sol and allowed us to walk to almost all the attractions! The staff were sooo friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had many nutritious options and was something we looked forward to each day before we set out on our excursions. We had a really early flight when leaving and figured we’d miss breakfast, but they prepared a picnic breakfast for us which was so thoughtful and delicious.

Very central, perfect location, close to main Gran Via to all shops and to Palacio Real and Almudena cathedral. The room had all facilities and very clean. Very good buffet breakfast.

Me and my family had wonderful stay at Hotel Liabeny. The location is perfect. The breakfast is excellent and very abundant. Rooms are modern, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a convenient and comfortable base in the heart of the city.

It is an excellent hotel right in the heart of Madrid. Location is outstanding. The airport bus stops nearby. Rooms are lovely decorated, bathroom is especially nice and spacious. Staff is great, friendly, polite and helpful. What makes Vincci the Mint even more special is perfect a la carte breakfast which lasts until 2 pm, which is particularly convenient. There were also sweets and chocolates available all the time. Our recommendation for everyone. We would gladly comback anytime. Thanks, Vincci The Mint team, for a perfect New Year's stay.

Great location, very comfortable bed

Very nice place, close to metro. It is very convenient to get from the Med Cool festival. Nearby was a small bazaar where you could eat inexpensively. The hotel had all amenities and a terrace with a beautiful view. WiFi exceeds all expectations.

The room is cool for the kids and the location

Location is perfect! View of Atocha impressive facade and the ministry of agriculture! Literally 10 metres from the metro station! Taxi station outside the door! Some of the best restaurants are in the area! Reina Sofia is next door! Retiro and Prado just 500 metres! Beat choice!!!

The location was perfect for me. All the shops and eating places were so close, there was even a supermarket across the road. I walked to some of the major attractions, along some beautiful roads, both directions were nice. The staff were very nice. The breakfast was great The room was small but enough for me. The bed was very comfortable. Very quiet even the hotel was in a busy area.

Friendly staff, location is perfect, and breakfast is good

Good location/safe neighborhood (2 metro stops within 5 min of hotel); room clean, comfortable and quiet; all staff very kind and friendly: most importantly they let me check in much earlier than check-in time after a red eye flight so I could sleep. And the value was great! A definite recommend.

Location, cleanliness, staff, and breakfast!

My train was cancelled so I have to stay in Madrid one night. This hotel is located in very convenient position. I wanted to buy a bottle of water late at night but didn’t have any cash, and the vending machine only accepted cash. A very kind female staff member helped me buy the water instead. I really appreciated her kindness and willingness to help.
