We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent—the breakfast was delicious, and the room was very clean. A special thanks to Lucrezia, who was always ready to assist with anything we needed. She truly radiated positive energy and was constantly smiling, making my stay even more enjoyable. Very central location Staff very friendly and helpful

I wanted to thank the EspaHotel Plaza de España for the very caring way they have treated us in the middle of the National Power Outage - they did everything they could to feed us (I am 6-month pregnant) and find us an extra hotel room for the night as we were stranded. Thank you so much!

Akeah Hotel Gran Vía is the best! Perfect central location with nice modern rooms. We loved the rooftop pool and terrace. You get an awesome view of the city, and it was perfect for cooling down during the heatwave. The staff were incredibly friendly. Raquel and the team went out of their way to make our stay extra special. Muchas gracias por todo. ¡Sois los mejores!

- Location in the center of Madrid, near puerta del sol, plaza mayor and adjacent to the barrio de las Letras and Lavapiés. Chueca is only 3 metro stops away - Staff incredibly friendly - rooftop with incredible views and a pool

Very nice place, close to metro. It is very convenient to get from the Med Cool festival. Nearby was a small bazaar where you could eat inexpensively. The hotel had all amenities and a terrace with a beautiful view. WiFi exceeds all expectations.

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, the place was very clean and quiet, and the bed was amazingly comfy! We slept so well. The shower was big enough to be comfy and the room had enough shelves for organizing our things.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job with daily cleaning, they were very professional and attentive to detail, which I really appreciated. The location is perfect — right in the very centre of Madrid, making it incredibly easy to explore the city centre and visit all the main attractions. Everything is within walking distance. The staff were always kind, welcoming, and ready to help with anything I needed. I truly felt comfortable during my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!
