For a short stay there was everything we needed. Carmen was super helpful and accommodating. The location is fabulous. We were able to walk everywhere except the airport, and the metro station is only a few metres away. We were spoilt for choice with the great bars and restaurants nearby.

This hotel is beautifully decorated and maintained, is warm and welcoming. The staff are excellent. The facilities are exceptional with all that you could need for a relaxing vacation or work stay. Special mention for lap pool, gym and spa facilities which really enhanced the experience. Also, the location on Gran Via close to Ucheca can't be beaten
