It is an excellent hotel right in the heart of Madrid. Location is outstanding. The airport bus stops nearby. Rooms are lovely decorated, bathroom is especially nice and spacious. Staff is great, friendly, polite and helpful. What makes Vincci the Mint even more special is perfect a la carte breakfast which lasts until 2 pm, which is particularly convenient. There were also sweets and chocolates available all the time. Our recommendation for everyone. We would gladly comback anytime. Thanks, Vincci The Mint team, for a perfect New Year's stay.

This hotel is beautifully decorated and maintained, is warm and welcoming. The staff are excellent. The facilities are exceptional with all that you could need for a relaxing vacation or work stay. Special mention for lap pool, gym and spa facilities which really enhanced the experience. Also, the location on Gran Via close to Ucheca can't be beaten

Greeting from charming receptionist on arrival made us feel very welcome. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Room faced busy street but no noise. Central location, convenient for shopping and nightlife. Rooftop pool terrace was pleasant on a hot August afternoon.

ITC Infantas by Soho Boutique is situated metres from Madrid’s Gran Via, surrounded by the restaurants and bars of the popular Chueca District. It offers free Wi-Fi in all areas.

Sheets and bathroom were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Kitchen staff also made our coffee. They were not tip hungry.

This hotel is located right by Gran Via, it's perfect for discovering all major attractions on foot. The staff is wonderful; we checked in with Adelina and interacted with Flavio as well, both were kind, helpful and informative. We will definitely book a room when coming back to Madrid at this hotel.
