Akeah Hotel Gran Vía is the best! Perfect central location with nice modern rooms. We loved the rooftop pool and terrace. You get an awesome view of the city, and it was perfect for cooling down during the heatwave. The staff were incredibly friendly. Raquel and the team went out of their way to make our stay extra special. Muchas gracias por todo. ¡Sois los mejores!

The hotel room was excellent, very clean and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The location is ideal, with all the main attractions and great restaurants just a short walk away.

The location was perfect, and the room was large and well appointed. There were thoughtful little things as well, like a breakfast basket by the door each morning, no plastic waste, water bottle chilling in the mini fridge when you arrive.

24h reception. Very good breakfast. Close to metro and city centre. Very quiet rooms.

Breakfast was the Best! I like the area although its a bit far from the center but love walking around the City!

The room was spacious and very comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. The bed was really good and ensured a restful night’s sleep. The staff were helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The bathroom was also very nice and clean. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Beautiful and cozy hotel which is in an old building of Madrid. Athough the building is now modern with all modern features, they kept the old doors and design and that makes it amazing. Located on a small street very close to the center. Shops, stores, everything you need is near by. Very easy access, very helpful at the reception. On the day we left, the lady at the front desk helped us a great deal with the luggage, with directions, with getting us a taxi and making sure we got it, even if she was also busy with calls. A very big ‘thank you’ to you!

The location was excellent, the room was very good, the terrace was terrific with a sunbed and a tent, the room was clean and tidy, the AC worked well, there was a Nespresso machine, and the bed was comfortable.

It's an amazing hotel. I stayed only one night, but everything was perfect. It's a lovely hotel with a great atmosphere, amazing design, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend it.
