This hotel is beautifully decorated and maintained, is warm and welcoming. The staff are excellent. The facilities are exceptional with all that you could need for a relaxing vacation or work stay. Special mention for lap pool, gym and spa facilities which really enhanced the experience. Also, the location on Gran Via close to Ucheca can't be beaten

It is an excellent hotel right in the heart of Madrid. Location is outstanding. The airport bus stops nearby. Rooms are lovely decorated, bathroom is especially nice and spacious. Staff is great, friendly, polite and helpful. What makes Vincci the Mint even more special is perfect a la carte breakfast which lasts until 2 pm, which is particularly convenient. There were also sweets and chocolates available all the time. Our recommendation for everyone. We would gladly comback anytime. Thanks, Vincci The Mint team, for a perfect New Year's stay.

A spectacular place that exceeded my expectations. Getting inside was easy, the room was great, and it was quiet. The bed was comfortable and the host was always responsive. The little extras really made the stay even more enjoyable.

Super location right in the heart of the neighborhood, but since we were on the back of the building it was quiet at night.

Our go to hotel in Madrid. Perfect location on a pedestrian mall. Walking distance to Plaza Major, Presidential Palace, El Retiro Park and many other attractions. Close to the metro.

Perfect location, central Madrid with 2 minute access to Metro, 20 minutes from the airport, Granvia & Sol in walking distance for shopping and good restaurants and a small convenient store and a pharmacy across the street. Good breakfast, the best service staff at restaurant. Facilities were nice especially toilet: bidet, seperate bath tub, rain shower. Amenities were pretty good too: steam iron, bath salt, enough cloth hangers and a seperate hanging area in addition. Something I found especially comforting was Netflix streaming - hotels always have tvs with WiFi or smart functions but mostly without capability to stream Netflix direct. This was a big plus along with Bluetooth speaker which was nice to have.

Nice hostel in the center of Madrid. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Good location close to shops and attractions. Everything was fine, I was satisfied with my stay.
