We had 2 rooms at this stylish beautiful hotel, the room 802 has a large balcony with sunbeds and really amazing sea and pools view. The rooms were cleaned every day perfectly, all stuff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner are great, the big variety of food to all tastes. I would like definitely to come back and I can highly recommend this hotel.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! We celebrated our honeymoon here and they decorated our room with rose petals on the bed, champagne, and a fruit tray. The bed was extremely comfortable. Everything was clean. The Balinese bed room was the room we stayed in and it was relaxing to sit up there at night with the views of the pool, lights and sea. The breakfast and dinner was amazing. It was all buffet and we were able to fill up for breakfast and wait until dinner again. I truly miss their food! Their chef behind the food that was by the stove cooking was so kind and very good at what he does. He was the black male with braces and I think his name started with an S. Super nice. I am going to miss his omelets! The area to eat is both indoors And outdoor on a patio and we always ate outside by the pool view and palm tree views. The pool area was so nice and relaxing. It was not very busy which was a great plus. We tried out the indoor pool, saunas and jacuzzi. We truly had a fun 3 nights at this hotel. It was right across the street to PalmaNova beach and we walked to Magaluf beach one day and it took less than 20mins. Time flies by when you’re walking and looking around. The beaches were so clean. I am used to dirty Chicago beaches so this was very new and impressive. I am truly going to miss this stay and one of the best vacations I’ve spent in. Staff spoke good English. I think my husband and I were the only Americans there. It was interesting to hear so many British accents! <33

    It really depends what you want from your vacation.

    It really depends what you want from your vacation. I would stay again, but now I know what to expect. It doesn’t have that “local” feel, it is much more touristic. But it’s a good and affordable base to explore other areas of Mallorca. I would definitely recommend for families and also for people who enjoy night live. If you’re not too fussed by the surroundings and just want an area to sleep, but venture to other places, then this is also definitely a good area

    I having been coming to Palma Nova for 35+ years ,I've travelled the world. But Palma and its inhabitants is like my second home and would recommend it to anyone as a one off or like me Hola Como estas Hoy?

    Palma nova has 3 great beaches. The sand is olden and clean.

    Palma nova has 3 great beaches. The sand is olden and clean. The water is crystal clear and ideal for families with smaller children as the water is shallow. Around the beaches there are a great variety of bars, restaurants,shops and small supermarkets to cater for all. The main promanards of the resort is generally flat and well carered for people with walking difficulties, the back of the resort does have some small inclines. However most main hotels and apartments are acceable. A shout out to "the Scotsman", this is a restaurant that serves great food and great service. This was located on the edge of Son Matias beach. If you are looking for things to do. There are boat trip that pick up in Palma Nova.

    Plenty of restaurants-our favourites were The Sunset Bar for...

    Plenty of restaurants-our favourites were The Sunset Bar for Beers, nuts, Toasties, Cocktails and amazing service. Also LA American Diner, equally great service, liqueur coffees, beers and delicious Hotdogs. Recommended were the Ribs but we have to pay another visit for those! Clothes shops by the hundred. Paella on the beach front good too but avoid The Dolphin Restaurant which served us Spaghetti Bolognaise that tasted of fish! and a Pina Colada that split! Advice to visitors, walk the length of the shopping street and compare prices before you buy. The good thing in Palmanova is there are no 'Looky Looky' men pestering you to buy their knock offs! Bus from the airport A11. Easy tap on and tap off system with your card. Cost roughly £6 from Airport to Palmanova. Bus stops on the Beach front. Clear Timetable. Hop on a bus to Magaluf or Santa Ponsa. Taxi from airport to Palmanova £60+. Spaniards seem to drive extremely fast!

    I was visiting Palmanova for a separate matter than a...

    I was visiting Palmanova for a separate matter than a holiday and was there for just 3 nights. However, I wish I could have stayed longer. The atmosphere is vibrant and there is a lot of different bars and restaurants in the area. There are also several clean beaches and the water was very clean and clear. As somebody who does not drink alcohol, I really enjoyed it, despite it having a reputation as a drinkers holiday. I felt very safe throughout and there was a healthy police presence and positive atmosphere overall. The staff at many of the bars spoke English and were very friendly. There were also many places to watch Premier League football and the F1. There were also many people there who were on a family holiday, so it is not just an environment for singles or couples. I also visited with my 2 daughters. The only negative was the taxi fare to and from the airport, with 2 trips costing 80 euros. Other than this, everything else was extremely positive. I think another 2 or 3 days would have been perfect for me.

    The hotel is situated not far away from the Palmanova beach, about 200 metres. It is a good choice for everybody, but as we have noticed there were pretty much older people and families with children, which is good if you are searching for a quite place :) we have slept very well in this hotel, even though there was a music outside the room, on the pool. The soundproof is very good. The food was also good (all inclusive). We can consider this hotel as an option when we will be back to Mallorca :)

    A nice, clean hotel in a perfect location between Palma Nova and Magaluf. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops right outside the hotel. Beds were comfy, although we did have to ask for extra pillows. The kitchen area was well equipped with everything you need to make breakfast or a quick meal. Showers were piping hot and with decent water pressure. Staff were helpful and friendly.

    The food variety and dining-room service were excellent. Great location close to the beach, The sea at Palmanova was cloudy, due to the sea grass, but the sea at Magaluf was very clean and clear.
