Great hosts, very accomodating, helpful, excellent communication. We left a jacket behind and Eloy contacted us straight away and we were able to retrieve that afternoon..Fantastic, spacious penthouse apartment with two toilets. Three good sized twin bedrooms - well appointed, very comfortable beds. Lovely outside space - great wraparound terrace with sunloungers and dining table. Lift access to apartment- great for getting the luggage up n down. Location is excellent- easy road links to surrounding towns and Santander itself is only 20 mins by car. Highly recommend.

Very helpful host. Beautiful property. Large bedroom and ensuite. Very comfortable and lovely garden for our dog to have a wander around. Lovely views of the surrounding countryside. 20 minutes into Santander which is great for a stopover for our dog to see the vet for her worming and to catch the ferry. Great breakfast and village a 5 minutes drive for dinner.

Nice and clean room with a comfortable bed and an amazing view from the window. The bathroom was the best I’ve seen on the Camino – spacious, with big, high-quality towels. Tasty coffee was a lovely bonus. Highly recommend!

The most important consideration for us, is always our dogs...

The most important consideration for us, is always our dogs welfare. Our hosts were quite happy for our three dogs to roam their gardens, and for them to join us for breakfast. Not everyone's idea of the perfect stay, but after driving for 10 hours, we could not have asked for anything more relaxing. We love Northern Spain and will definitely consider staying here when we have time to discover more of this beautiful part of the country. If you are looking for a relaxing country retreat, look no further.
