The staff was amazing, they make you feel at home from the first minute. The breakfast was AMAZING!! High quality products! The Masia is beautiful, the views are breathtaking, the great place to disconnect and relax. The bedrooms are exactly like in the pictures, good taste on the design and decoration and spotless. Best finding ever!

We truly felt at home the whole time! The view from the private veranda and the garden was simply stunning, absolutely breathtaking. From the warm and welcoming greeting to the moment we left, everything was perfect. We visited an 11th-century church, and our hosts told us the history, gave us advice for the rest of our trip, and provided detailed information about nearby Rupit (a must-see! a true medieval gem) and the surrounding sights Apartments: beautifully equipped, with every detail thought of, including small things like coffee machine capsules, dishwashing supplies, and a full set of plates and glasses. Kitchen: the restaurant was already closed, but the chef came especially for us and prepared a wonderful dinner, offered high-quality homemade wine, and homemade desserts. I highly recommend visiting — the views are outstanding, just look at the photos!

Beautiful spot and a lovely house! While booking this place I didn't realise there were shared toilets but in the end it didn't matter! The place was awesome with a lovely huge salon to chill, well equipped kitchen and lovely gardens to chill out. The surroundings were stunning! And it is the perfect spot to start your hikes in the area which is worth visiting. Highly recommending!

The photo's show all, but they still can't describe how amazing the views are. However, that isn't all. This hotel is amazing for a getaway together and have some quality time. The pool with jacuzzi, the room, the food, the staff. It all was perfect.

Our host, Sophie, could not have been more welcoming and hospitable even inviting us to check into the room early. The home cooked meal in the evening was With local and home grown produce and was of excellent quality. There is a nice shady garden in which to sit and eat. The wine list, which included a lot of local wines was good too. A really lovely stay. thank you

Rupit is tiny.

Rupit is tiny. One main street which is wide enough for one car. Herein lies its charm, which exceeded my expectations. This may be the tiniest village I have ever stayed in. Had we more time, we would have gone on some of the hiking trails. Sadly, we only had one night.

Rupit is a rustic & beautiful village, with cobbled streets and staircases, abd surrounded by natural beauty. The people are very kind & friendly. The restaurants and the couple of local shops are pretty. The hiking trails are lovely. We did a lovely walk to & along the stream downstairs after crossing the foot over bridge. We hiked up to the hermitage. The entire walk was pretty, very green, dotted with small flowers. We spotted many butterflies, too.

Quaint medieval village nestled in the rolling hills of...

Quaint medieval village nestled in the rolling hills of Catalunya. They do not allow visitor automobile traffic in the village. You must park in a public parking lot for 3EURO per day and walk in to the village. It was about a 5 min walk from the parking lot to the hotel we stayed at and would recommend, Hotel Hostal Estrella. I would NOT recommend Rupit for anyone who has mobility issues. There is a bit of walking to get to the hotel and there are plenty of inclines to pass over while you walk around the village. But if you enjoy walking, it is the place for you. The village offers a glimpse of a typical medieval village in northern Spain. They light up the major sights, the church, the castle ruins, etc during the evenings, so it is very picturesque. It is also great as a base for hiking. They have a trail leading from the town center to a waterfall and a beautiful valley that takes only about 2 hours from start to finish. And from the village there are other beautiful villages to explore about 20-30 mins drive.

Rupit is a beautiful village.

Rupit is a beautiful village. The suspension bridge, the church, the restaurant at the Hotel Estrella... It's not possible to drive into the center; you have to park right at the entrance to the village and walk, which improves traffic flow and safety for pedestrians.

Rupit is a beautiful town, well preserved, it is a very visited town but well organized so that tourism does not end up being "chaos". It offers good food, good views, and easy walks to enjoy nature. In short, highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay in Rupit a lot! The room was not large but cozy and it was really fresh inside (outside it was about +30 🥵), at night it was quite and the bed was comfortable so we managed to relax. We liked the woman at the reception, she was super friendly. She proposed we have the later check-out which was very helpful. The dinner in the restaurant from Micheline Guide "Estrella" was great: the service and the food were amazing. As well as our breakfast in the morning.

This is an idyllic place! The sweeping views are breathtaking. We adored the house, it is beautifully decorated and spacious and time seems to pass more slowly. Great base for walking with easy access to Rupit. The hosts are generous and welcoming.
