Staff was amazing. The location of the hotel is somewhat close to the city center but you have to use public transportation. The neighborhood is quite nice and quiet and there are a lot of restaurants close by the hotel. You can store your luggage for free prior to check in or after check out.

Everything was perfect, super friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable Hotel. Bonus complimentary drinks in the mini bar, tea, and coffee. Amazing breakfast, good quality, and good selection. And top it all off, a free airport shuttle.

I had an excellent stay. The suite was very spacious and clean. The room also included a terrace and a kitchen. Breakfast was of high quality and delicious. The Sky and Tapas bar on the rooftop is phenomenal, offering great Mediterranean food. The view from the rooftop and from my suite is fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was only here for one night but will definitely come back for a longer stay.

The hotel has an excellent location. I was kindly upgraded to a higher-level room, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfasts were delicious, the bed was huge and very comfortable, and the shower was spacious. I also enjoyed the swimming pool and the terrace with an outdoor shower. The room itself was nicely renovated and felt fresh. Overall, a great stay!

Excellent pools and gym. Nice location walking distance to many good restaurants and shopping. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds.

Location is very convenient if you stay there for the trade show, as the pavilions are located within 15 min walking from the hotel. Also, you can find multiply restaurants, supermarket and shopping mall around. The rooms looks well renovated.

I liked the place and the check-in was very easy. I advise everyone who wants to visit Lisbon to stay in this place

Good location - very beautifull park infront and very good breakfast. The staff is very kind and helpful. The Motel is very tastefull designed. We felt safe. All attractions are nearby.

The room was very nice, the beds were very comfortable. Downtown is easily accessible by public transport. There is a shopping mall a few minutes from the hotel, and also there is a good bakery/cafe nearby. If I go back to Barcelona someday, I will stay here again!

Very comfortable and clean, great location.

I loved how the staff were always very friendly and helpful. The cleaning team provided outstanding service, always keeping things super neat and clean. Among others, Manuel, Olga, and Alberto were fabulous - always kind, customer-oriented, and with a smile on their faces. They made breakfast a pleasant experience every day. This level of service is definitely a reason I would return.
