Staff was amazing. The location of the hotel is somewhat close to the city center but you have to use public transportation. The neighborhood is quite nice and quiet and there are a lot of restaurants close by the hotel. You can store your luggage for free prior to check in or after check out.

This was my second time at this hotel & last July 24, I forgot a bazer in the closet. Upon my arrival this time I mentionned it, and a few hours later, housekeeping brought it to my room: I was very happy.

Everything was perfect, super friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable Hotel. Bonus complimentary drinks in the mini bar, tea, and coffee. Amazing breakfast, good quality, and good selection. And top it all off, a free airport shuttle.

Spacious room in a great location close to the Metro and a large shopping centre

Everything was great! The room was very clean and the staff was polite. It’s very close to the Metro and the tram and there is a mall next to the hotel .

Excelente Hotel , cálido , el personal muy servicial

It's amazing to find such big hotel in Barcelona City. There are metro stations and bus stations nearby. In front of hotel doors, there are also many taxi cars. So it's really convinent to live here. The room is in kind of Ameican simple but clean style. I booked room with balcony, so the room has extra area outdoors that I could have a sit and drink something. The hotel is very popular so it's better to order early.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good price for Barcelona, and having parking for a reasonable charge was great.

Location to airport, on-site parking, adjacent to a commercial area, and FANTASTIC shower!

First of all, the sincerity and friendliness of the staff made me very pleased. As for the hotel, its location is already very good, you can reach everywhere right in front of it, including the airport. we had our holiday without the slightest problem in the hotel. in addition, the room cleaning was really successful.

Good location - very beautifull park infront and very good breakfast. The staff is very kind and helpful. The Motel is very tastefull designed. We felt safe. All attractions are nearby.

I loved how the staff were always very friendly and helpful. The cleaning team provided outstanding service, always keeping things super neat and clean. Among others, Manuel, Olga, and Alberto were fabulous - always kind, customer-oriented, and with a smile on their faces. They made breakfast a pleasant experience every day. This level of service is definitely a reason I would return.

I liked the place and the check-in was very easy. I advise everyone who wants to visit Lisbon to stay in this place

Amazing staff, great decor and lots of comfortable places to work, sit, read, hangout. Plug points everywhere which is very important nowadays. Super rooftop bar with incredible views.
