Location wise is very near to central coach station (5mins walk) and it is easily accessible to the highs street/shopping street. Generally the staff are very nice and sweet. They kindly prepare an unexpected birthday gift to my friend during his lunar birthday.

Everything was wonderful! Great location, beautiful room, and an excellent breakfast. We parked our motorbikes for free on a nearby street. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Greta ambience and Very centrally located! Room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Everything working a manageable walking distance. It is centrally between the Caldea Spa and the bus station - both are about 15 min walk from the hotel. Good restaurants nearby and teh shipping streets are right next to the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel

The day before our travel to Lourdes I had read some awful reviews on Google about this Hotel and I got quite worried. However, our stay was nothing like the reviews I had read. We were very positively surprised. Very good location, in front of the hotel there is Tarbes Lourdes airport shuttle bus pickup point. The Hotel.was refurbished in April 2025, bathrooms are brand new. Walls newly painted. The towels were changed daily and bedding as needed. We had 3 meals included as we booked full board. The breakfast is standard - continental. Lunch and dinner included desserts. For us the portions were more than enough. We had fish, lasagne, chicken, beef steak, spaghetti and all extras that came with the above. The staff is amazing, very enthusiastic, helpful and friendly. They let us stay till mid day in our room on our departure day.

The location is wonderful... lovely staff...the rome is Wilde and the most important thing what we loved the jakozy Is standing

Good position in Andorra la Vella, parking is available very close, their pool is a good distraction.

Great hotel, booked the deluxe room and this was fantastic. Bath, great shower, large room. Breakfast had many options. Maybe one of the best hotels we visited. And not expensive. Came by car, parking was easy, also charged the electric car over there. This also went smooth, but you have to consider the limited internet connection and internet is mandatory to be able to charge. The guy at the reception was very helpful though.

Rooms were perfect for a ski trip rooms were spotless and they had free lockers in basement reception staff were great very friendly and helpful will probably stay there next time we are in Pas De La Casa

We stayed for one night on the way to Southern Spain. Got to hotel really tired , had a lovely shower and went for dinner and it was really lovely.

Lovely hotel located near bars restaurants and the centre of town just a short walk away. Pere was very friendly and helpful, a real gentleman. staff were friendly. Good room with comfy bed. Good breakfast, secure covered parking as well.

This hotel is absolutely fine for the price. Breakfast is decent, mattresses and bedding as good as you'll find. Clean, warm and plenty of hot water. Don't understand what some people expect for €100/night in a ski resort.
