Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay, and this hotel truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and friendliness that instantly made us feel at home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, stress-free, and memorable, especially for our kids, which meant everything to us as parents. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully set up for families, making it easy to relax and actually enjoy our time together. Every detail felt intentional, from the comfort of the beds to the calm, welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. What truly sets this place apart is the care and attention shown by the entire team. It’s rare to find a hotel that balances professionalism with such genuine kindness and it made our stay feel extra special. We left feeling refreshed, happy, and already talking about our next visit. This is without a doubt a family hotel we will return to again and again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a memorable, relaxing and joy-filled stay. We can’t wait to come back!

We had an excellent time staying here. Although the hotel is very good, with excellent facilities and a very complete breakfast, what stands out is the attention, warmth and kindness of all the staff. We will definitely choose it again when we return to Denia.

Stunning property. Beautiful pool. Lovely big common lounge area for excellent breakfast and hot drinks. We had the romantic room which is a short 10 m next door up a pretty spiral staircase. The manager ordered us a taxi which was so helpful as taxis are very scarce in Denia we found out. Very much appreciated.
