We stayed in one of the canvas bungalows - a unique (to me) chalet with a canvas outer and wooden walls built inside. It was really comfortable and warm enough despite a very cold night outside thanks to the heating/air con unit. We ate at the restaurant, also very nice.

What a blast! The Vella Farga was such a pleasant surprise to us, that we enjoyed every moment here. But let me give you some details: Getting to the Vella Farga is an interesting experience: You drive quite a while getting there, riding through endless landscape of hills and very small villages. Your navigation will tell you to take smaller and smaller roads until you reach the Vella Farga. From this point on, an amazing property in the middle of nowhere surprises you in every aspect: The historic properly has been renovated to perfection with 100% attention to detail, still preserving the history of the place. Decorations all over the place make your eyes look around, and whatever you see makes you pull your phone out of the pocket to take yet another photo of that lovely place. The personell is very friendly and welcoming, trying to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. The food (breakfast and dinner) is simply amazing and one of the highest standards I ever experienced. Creativity and tastiness of all the dishes is outstanding and all fresh. The infinity pool gives you a floating feeling while at the same time having an uninterrupted view across the landscape. The bed in your hotel room is so cosy that you will not get out of it once you lay down. And yes: The chandeliers are literally everywhere and make you feel special just looking at that while relaxing in your cozy bed. I would certainly recommend this place to everyone who wants to travel in that area and wants to collect some memories that stick in your head forever.

The hosts were incredibly nice, hospitable and very helpful. They asked every day if we were satisfied and if we needed anything. We were given fresh eggs and fruit by the hosts. The place is located in a very quiet area with beautiful nature. It is ideally located for Solsona / Photo Logistics and their photo hides which we visited. We would love to come back.

After fast and friendly check we got literally a suite with two rooms, with a balcony in each of them. Spotted the pool outside, but it wasn't season yet. Had a very good sleep. A very convenient midway stop en route from Andorra to Barcelona. Appreciate a large parking lot and Solsona is worth discovering!
