The place and location was amazing as were the hosts, so serene and peaceful! Just be warned if the weather is not nice it may be necessary to have a car as it is ~2.5km to closest shops/town

Ca la Francisqueta, La Tina i el Deso Apartament amb encant a Solsona
Possibly the best rental property that we have ever stayed in. It is an old historic building which has been fastidiously restored with attention to fine detail, highlighting unique features such as the “Desa” or hidden underfloor safe, and the well where wine casks were stored - covered by a glass walkway and lit up. All the equipment is brand new and top quality. The kitchen has everything you can think of and the bathroom is both modern and functional. The location is right in the old town centre of Solsona, with free all day parking only 5 minutes away. Solsona is full of medieval buildings, and the apartment is so close to St Joan’s square with its fountain. We’d recommend the coffee shop in the square and in the evening the bar opposite has outside seating by the fountain which is just a great place to enjoy drinks and tapas. Solsona is well placed for exploring the area with both driving and walking routes, and there is loads of information in the apartment to assist. Thank you to Xavi and Laura, our hosts who welcomed us warmly - we hope to return.

Excellent communication with our friendly host who was flexible on check-in/out times and met us at the property. The house was well equipped and very clean. The garden is beautiful with lots of shady areas and great views both up to the nearby castle, and to distant hills. It was quiet at night.
