There are places you like...and then there are places and people you'll never forget. That's Can Congost and Sergi. Amazing place. Clean, everything you need, location, breakfast, etc.... and then there's the people. Sergi (and his wife) don't stop at being excellent hosts: they go well above what one expects from them. We needed a secure parking for the motorcycle? Sergi vacated his own garage so we could park.And gave us the remote for it. We wanted to have dinner but didn't want to take the motorcycle or a taxi? Sergi and his wife invited us to join them to the restaurant on their car... We didn't get a host, we got a friend. And we're going back there for sure.

This charming guest house is located in Sort, in the Catalan Pyrenees and next to the Noguera Pallaresa River. All heated rooms at Hostal Can Josep feature a TV and a private bathroom.

Didac and Maya were attentive and really helpful hosts. They accomodated us right away and helped us with heating and everything. There was a place for barbeque, washing dishes etc. The place was very tranquil and quiet.

We slept in a big room, clean and quiet comfortable, with a bathroom (bath, shower and perfectly hot water). All what we needed, we got.

Felt like a family run hotel, very friendly, very helpful, nothing seemed too much trouble. Good dinner choice, reasonable prices.....great beer. Owner opened garage and let me park my motorbike in it, though am sure it was not needed as a very quiet little village, could only here birds..would definitely recommend it, and will stay again when in the area.
