The apartment is spacious and the price is really fair. There is a great supermarket 350 meters away. It's on the edge of the city, so you don't feel crowded. You're close to the major roads. The upper floor residents are extremely nice!

We had a perfect stay. Checked in slightly earlier than the official checkin time, the cleaner, who was lovely, met us and explained where to find the kitchen, lights etc. We were very pleasantly surprised of how nice the place was as we just wanted something cheap by the coast close to the airport for our last night. The property itself was very quiet so we basically had the whole garden to ourselves. It's right next to the beach and a nice coastal walk, which was amazing. The fence protects the garden from the wind, so even though the beach was windy, the garden was warm and nice. There is also a restaurant round the corner for some drinks and food, but more restaurants are within the walking distance. The beds were very comfy and the place itself was very clean. Definitely recommend - especially if you are looking for a place close to the airport.

Everything was perfect. I stayed with a group of friends for the second year in a row at this venue and it's amazing! It's extremely clean, well equipped, and super comfortable. Everything works and is available. There is a multi-lingual library on the ground floor and an elevator to get to the top floors. The venue is well located in the San Francisco part of Telde and really beautiful with a great view! There is a turtle pond within five minutes walking distance.

The location is perfect! It is easy to find spot for the car on the street, SPAR and SuperDino is just around the corner, lots of cafes and restaurants are also just right there - everything is in walkable distance. Apartment had all the equipment you might need. Also, Telde is very good location if you are planning hikes in the mountains or want to do lots of shoppings, bevause La Mirador shopping center and Las Terrazas Outlet center is very close. Short drive to the beach and seaside promenada. Awesome :)
