The old city is beautiful, with old style architecture, brown color theme and narrow passages. The streets are kept clean. However, the old city is very small and lacks special points of interest. Shamefully, no trace was left to commemorate the, once flourishing, Jewish community.

The Old-Town has an unique ambiance. Narrow streets, Old forward leaning buildings. A beautiful Cathedral and many good dinner spots. Take a day or two to explore the city. Remember dining is according Spanish times, open around 20:30-21:00 for Cena or dinner.DerkNetherlands - Scored 1010

Short 1 night stop to visit. Nice ancient old town with little stores and bars. History is all around in this city. Very nice visit if you are looking to explore old towns but stay and eat in good places.

Not much to see and very little to do; most restaurants closed on a Monday night; a mixed seafood paella at a bistro on the plaza contained no seafood (one calamar ring, one mussel!) but lots of chicken legs. The heart of the old town is a bustling square with lots nice bars though walking through the old town to the square the mood is very different alot of the old dark streets were run down and miserable

It was just a convenient stop from Albir through to Bilbao.
It was just a convenient stop from Albir through to Bilbao. Very basic hotel , staff very friendly. Went down to breakfast at 8.30 am to find most of the hot breakfast had gone, what was left was cold and not palatable. Room was very basic but you got what you paid for, a cheap and cheerful stop over.AnthonyIsle of Man

It is located in the centre so easy to go out for dinner and many shops around. The appartment had a good kitchen with all the necessities, bathroom with a good shower, 2 bedrooms, 2 balconies and well functioning airconditioning. We got extensive and clear instructions on how to get the keys and the host was very kind.LarsNetherlands
