This is a lovely hotel that is housed in an old stone building that has been beautifully renovated and cared for. The owners are warm and welcoming. They offer breakfast that looked yummy, but I just enjoyed their delicious coffee. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. This medieval town sits on a hill and is spectacular to walk around. There are several good restaurants in the town as well, depending on what you like and your price range. Overall, a great experience.

Felt like stepping into a medieval fairytale. What an absolutely lovely experience, all the staff were so friendly and accommodating , the breakfast was great, the location is prime in the little village and on a very hot day the rooms were nice and cool. I would 100% come back!

The location is unique, nestled into the mountains overlooking the lake (dam). The peace and tranquility of the spot and the kindness and attention of the staff working there are exceptional. The hotel is actually part of a “working” monastery, well-known throughout Spain, and further afield. Guided visits to the historic monastery are possible, and the liturgies, open to the public, with the monks conducting the ceremonies in Gregorian chant take place several times/day and should not be missed.

Location is superb with fantastic views. Very relaxing. Evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant was good, nothing flashy, but good (it is a monastery not a 5* hotel). Went to see the morning service in the church - very atmospheric.

Excellent quiet location with great views over Embalse de Yesa. Rooms are functional with an en-suite with excellent shower. Good, and reasonably priced meals with excellent local wine. Pleasant welcome.
