The staff at reception was so pleasant and helpful. Directed me to a charming little bistro for dinner. The room was as expected, comfortable and clean in spite of the hundreds of years it has seen. (What stories it could tell!) And the river view was inspirational. Breakfast was stupendous as they offered everything imaginable. Also liked the opportunity to purchase items and food made by monks in local abbeys.

This is a lovely hotel. The room was large, well equipped and very comfortable, the bathroom was modern and very clean. A small fridge in the room contained water and there were complementary biscuits. Quiet and peaceful. Free parking was available in the central courtyard. The restaurant was very good, as was the breakfast. Both the restaurant and the breakfast room were elegant. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. Situated about halfway between Chambord and Orleans, it makes a very good base for visiting the chateaux in the area as well as Orleans and Clery-Saint-Andre. Highly recommended. The medieval town is also worth exploring.

Lovely in every way, surrounded by gorgeous gardens, interesting decoration and authentic materials. Cuisine is so important to the regions of France, it was a delight to have home-cooked meals of excellent quality. Icing on the cake was the availability of regional specialties to purchase, and direction on the neighborhood sites of importance.

Recommended by a restaurateur in Blois. A serene, beautiful, place, with the nicest people running it. Super clean, peaceful, and a really comfortable bed! Breakfast was sumptuous for a continental, with local sourced items when they were available. Everything was lovely.

This is a lovely historic house which is spacious and comfortable, situated on a quiet road in the centre of the medieval town of Beaugency. Plenty of restaurants. The baker nearby sells croissants straight from the oven!

The flat was fantastic and full of character. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and extremely well equipped. The kitchen was fantastic, we couldn't have wished for anything extra. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was amazing. The bed was really comfortable. The decor was really tasteful. Plenty parking spaces were available nearby. This is accommodation of the highest standard.

The apartment is in a good location, close to the Loire and the historic part of the town. It is well equipped for self catering, spacious, and there are 2 bedrooms each with a large double bed. Rodrique gave us detailed instructions beforehand and was responsive when we were not sure how to use the TV and when we asked for a couple of fans because of unusually hot weather in September. ALDI and LIDL supermarkets only a few minutes drive away.
