The courtesy of the staff very good

Very easy, secure parking. Big room. Helpful, professional staff. Thoughtful details (like a little cover to prevent the light from the air conditioner control from disturbing our sleep). Surprisingly quiet for its proximity to the motorway ans airport.

Very friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for us.

The hotel is walking distance in Tesla Service center, the tram station is also nearby. The hotel staff are all nice & accomodating & can speak english & is advantage to us. Breakfast is good. A place to recommend 🌝

Amazing property. 2 min from the station. 30 min by tram to the town center. Clean, comfortable beds, has a terrace outside, serves drinks. Staff speaks English. Very kind. Will come back. Great value for money.

A warm welcome on arrival. The room was clean and well equipped for the price. A good selection for breakfast.

Perfect location for our short visit, close to the motorway, clean, comfortable, but above all- the staff is amazing, polite, friendly and helpful.

Simple but clean hotel. Great value for money. Nothing to complain

The staff were brilliant. The lady at reception who checked us in was amazing, so friendly, helpful and professional. Comfortable bed, nice shower, good breakfast.

Reception staff very helpful and cheerful

Super comfy bed lovely linen. Nice style. Good ev 150kw charger. Friendly staff

Great position next to the airport, bedrooms exceptionally comfortable, staff friendly and helpful.

We arrived earlier than the check in time and we were allowed to check in early. Although we had sent the request the previous day

Fantastic property a bit outside Bordeaux but easily accessible with tram. Beautiful pool areas and rooms. Breakfast was great with coffee, waffles and eggs made fresh based on order. We had dinner one night at the restaurant which is an absolute must. It was lovely! Super friendly and attentive staff. We were there during the fires outside Bordeaux in July 2026 and the staff were calm and reassuring offering to help with booking trains out etc.

Great staff. Great location. Room cleaned everyday and restocked. Thankyou

Staff, room, everything was excellent

It had everything I needed for an excellent stay. Restaurant was lovely

Easy access, clean and cheap does exactly what it should

Nice well equipped large room.

Clean well set out and friendly staff

The place is perfect to go to the airport. The hotel is very nice and the rooms and bed are great. Air conditioning and heating works like a charm and extra blankets for cold people. The decorations are also nice and the breakfast is very good.

It's in a great location, very peaceful, quiet, and just one tram stop away from the airport.
