The location close to St Emilion, the ambience, the setting, the beautiful building, the out door dining, swimming pool,in fact everything. Lovely Chateau experience. Probably the best we've ever had in France and we've travelled alot throughout France over the years. Even the parking was so easy and so close. Nothing was too much trouble for the excellent staff.

The proximity to the vineyards of Saint-Émilion was excellent, although any real enthusiast would probably want to stay right in the village rather than nearby. The hotel also runs a restaurant that looked very appealing — a shame we didn’t get to try it, but next time we will. We were on our way to Arcachon and stopped here for just one night to visit Saint-Émilion and its vineyards. For us it was very convenient, especially with the option of late check-in (quite rare in this area), since we arrived after a 13-hour drive late in the evening. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside: I couldn’t find a nearby spot to park the Tesla overnight to recharge, which caused a little trouble — but we managed.

We had a wonderful stay in this charming B&B in Saint Emilion. We were immediately greeted by the host who made us feel so welcomed. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the shared common space had honour system for wine/beverages, a lot of space to read/play cards and we loved relaxing at the pool. The breakfast and coffee were perfect. We only wished we booked more than one night! We would definitely stay at this place again!
