Located in the heart of Chablis, the property Au Vieux Moulin is a former 18th-century flour mill offering accommodations in the Burgundy wine region of France with free WiFi. Exclusive renovede old water mill. Large room and bath, very modern. Nice terrasse with view over the wine fields. Our second stay at the hotel.
Chez Bea is located in Chablis. The property is 30 miles from Avallon. The apartment has 1 bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and a fridge, and 1 bathroom with a shower and bathrobes. Friendliness, ambience, quality of the apartment and the location Welcome from the Hosts, and local knowledge of the restaurants in Chablis Dogs welcome
We have visited Chablis a number of times, this trip was the first time we have stayed; 2 nights at Chez Bea was the perfect accommadation in the Centre of Chablis, providing easy walkable access to the Chablis Wine establisments and numerous Restaurants, all of a high standard. Our 2 cocker spaniels welcome at Chez Bea, and also in the Restaurants. Chablis Sunday Markets are very good with many high standard local produce to choose from. P.S. On Market days the main highstreet is closed; If you are thinking of leaving Chablis on a Sunday by car, check with the local Tourist information for a route out of the town.
I’ve stayed in Chablis many times. I like it. It’s not improving however and this kind of non hotel is not helping matters We eventually stayed in an old favourite Host du Clos which has also lost its rosette and is not as good as it was
If you like good chablis, this is the place to go to, Here you can finde the famous Wine-houses, and good opportunities to taste and buy good chablis wine. It is an old city, with many old buildings, but it is a smal town. take the opportunity to take a walk in the Grand cry wine yards, by following the trail from the town. We found a very good restaurant in the same building at the Hôtel Du Vieux Moulin (Au Fil du Zinc), but you need to make reservation in advance.
We only had a Wednesday stop over but after all day riding we were very disappointed, on arrival, to find only one bar and two restaurants open in the evening. At 8.30 many visitors were left bemused by Chablis apparent lack of care for their tourists.
Chablis is a very small town but quite charming- and lots and lots of places to taste the wonderful Chablis wine. A few useful places to eat and a lovely typical bar right in the centre, the patrons of which were great
Visited a couple of nice Château and did some wine tasting. Disappointing that a local man felt the need to reverse purposely into our car, not a great lasting impression of Chablis - registration number FA 938 2F - grey Lexus.
This is such a nice apartment - we stayed in Chablis for two nights and this place was such a comfortable base of operations for us. Super spacious, very close to free parking, the kitchen is very well equipped, the bed is very comfy and even though it is quite central, the bedroom is courtyard facing and together with the blackout blinds, they make it a perfect place to rest after a demanding day at the degustation caves 😊 Also, Pierre is a very attentive host and very nice to talk to. Will definitely stay there again when in Chablis
Chablis is a delightful village with plenty to do even in the end of November. The flat's location couldn't be better. We only use a car once in 6 days we spent in Chablis to take our glass recycling. The flat was spacious, nicely decorated, very clean and well equipped. Valerie was attentive and considerate host. Free parking 1 minute walk from the flat. Our stay was one of the best holidays we have had. We will recommend Valerie's apartment to anyone and looking forward to book it again soon.
We had a wonderful stay in the Villa Celestine. The house is in a perfect condition, very beautiful designed. Everything is decorated with heart. We missed nothing and will return to spent some days in Chablis. The owner Nathalie is very nice and the communication was uncomplicated.
The location is beautiful and a less than 5 minute walk to all of the restaurants in Chablis. The rooftop terrace and lounge is absolutely stunning. The city gets a bit busier on Fridays but on Thursday it felt like we were alone in the whole city! It was perfect.
It was a true French pensione..,well decorated with eclectic accents! The hotter was a delight...and she is from LA! We loved our stay...just too short as Chablis is a wonderful place to experience wines and French food and hospitality. We would recommend!
Simply wonderful! Marc and his wife are unbelievable hosts. Location is great, It was one of our best days in France.
