We had a truly wonderful stay at Abbaye des Vaux‑de‑Cernay. The welcome at reception was exceptional, especially thanks to Carolina, whose kindness, professionalism, and personal attention made us feel genuinely valued from the very first moment. The accommodation conditions were outstanding. The room was prepared with great care and attention to detail, offering every comfort one could wish for. The bedding, duvets, and pillows were of remarkable quality and truly luxurious. We also had a delightful dinner at the restaurant L'auberge, where the cuisine was excellent and perfectly matched the overall high standard of the property. Overall, this is an incredible hotel complex with impeccable service, genuine care for guests, and a very refined atmosphere. We were thoroughly impressed by our entire stay. We would gladly return and highly recommend this place to anyone seeking an exceptional experience.
