A very friendly welcome for us and our dogs and hassle free check in. Room was very clean and on ground floor which is perfect for travelling with dogs. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Great location for the Channel Tunnel.

The location is great for the Eurotunnel - just a few mins down the road. Also, a few minutes walk away are a couple of great shopping centres. The bathroom is good and spacious. The bed, although feels comfortable, didn't give us a great nights sleep - aching back the following day. The wifi is good and fast and we had coffee making facilities with a reasonable kettle. The staff are accommodating and very friendly.

Very friendly and helpful staff for sure. The location as a stopover for the Chunnel is close to perfection. The familly room was really nice. And, with the large shopping center a stone throw away, you have plenty of decent choices for restaurants and petrol. We were very satisfied of our choice.

Clean compact room. Excellent shower. Bed a bit hard for me but very comfy for my husband. Plenty of area to walk the dog near the hotel and excellent for eurotunnel terminal. Our 2nd stay and will definitely stay here again.
