This property is beautiful in many regards: the spacious garden with a large and clean swimming pool surrounded by old trees and a cherry orchard, a sunny breakfast terrace, many lounge chairs, and very important for the discerning traveler, a tranquil place away from traffic and other buildings. Owned and managed by a couple who are not only friendly, but most accommodating, they anticipate the needs of the visitors and treat their guest as "friends". The breakfast menu is well balanced between mainstays of the kitchen, but also provides special treats like crepes, teas of different flavors, fruit spreads from local sources. When I had a problem with a lost US passport in Paris, they helped me generously by providing office printing, scanning and even calling Lost & Found in Paris. This service went beyond my expectations and is not the norm with many hotels I stayed in! Highly recommended!

This is a rather quirky hotel but very close to where we finished our walk for the day so we were glad we didn’t have to walk too far to find it. very congenial manager. we arrived during siesta but he was able to show us our room etc. The room had an en suite shower/toilet and a little kitchenette which was really convenient for us as we had camping food to use up so saved on eating out. But we couldn’t resist the ice creams at the local pizza restaurant - Pizzeria Julie just around the corner.
