The Masia is in a beautiful clearing in Vallespir, just above the Tech River. The building is lovely, with impressive stonework, and has been carefully restored and well-maintained. The apartment we stayed in had everything we needed: plenty of space, a kitchen, a bathroom, and two bedrooms. The garden is large, sunny all day, and has direct access to the river, which we loved. A fun extra for us was the free-roaming chickens. Our son enjoyed watching them, and our kind host even let him feed them, which made his day! Our host took great care of us, always nearby to answer questions, help out, and bring fresh croissants in the morning. We were very comfortable during our stay and can’t wait to come back in the summer to try out the pool!
