Everything! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Évian. Everything was absolutely excellent — the service is truly top-level and made us feel very welcome from the very beginning. The spa area is amazing: the pool, sauna, and overall atmosphere are perfect for relaxation. The breakfasts were outstanding — delicious, high-quality, and with a great variety of options. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The view from the room is simply stunning and adds something special to the whole experience. Charming and a lovely location.

Nice place, good price, good staff

Clean and confortable, very good quality/price ratio. Well located near downtown Evian which can be reached easily by foot. Very nice roof top bar restaurant.

Our sojourn at this most delightful hotel in Évian was a true pleasure. The hosts, a gracious and amiable couple, welcomed us warmly and offered expert guidance on the local area, leading us to hidden paths and lakeside gems. The property itself was pristinely kept—a testament to their care —and every detail made our stay both comfortable and memorable.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The host is an incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming lady who made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. The location is simply perfect — only about one minute walk from the train station and very close to the bus stops, making it extremely convenient for getting around. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing view from the second floor. From our room, we could see the whole lake, which was absolutely breathtaking, especially in the early morning.. It was peaceful, relaxing, and very memorable. Everything was just perfect: the atmosphere, the comfort, and the attention to detail. It was such a great experience that we would definitely love to come back again. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in front of the beautiful Lake Geneva. It is a perfect place to enjoy the scenery, unwind, and feel at home.

Very well located and friendly staff.

Location was perfect. Ferry to Switzerland was right across the street from the hotel. Very walkable. Wonderful restaurant, Zaino, was right downstairs too! Rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. Great shower. A/C was a nice amenity too.
