Résidence Pierre & Vacances Le Britania is located in a forest between Courchevel and Meribel, on the slopes of Doron de Bozel. This ski-in/ski-out residence offers fully-furnished apartments. Twin beds made very comfortable double & big duvet provided. Compact but great for a couple. Everything essential supplied... We would happily rent it again.
Located in La Tania, Apartment Résidence Saboia Clés Blanches offers ski-to-door access. The property is 656 feet from the resort's center. Spacy and comfortable apartment. Has a bath tub, which is the best thing after a long day skiing. We will come back, as we have done for over 20 years. Full satisfaction, highly recommendable.
Located in La Tania in the Rhône-Alpes region, La Saboia has a balcony and mountain views. The appartment is spacious, as we are 5, this is really key. Also, there is a parking space in the garage. As the parking possibilities outdoors are limited, this is a positive point. Before arrival, the owner really cared for us, informed us well. the appartment is designed using a lot of wood, so it looks nice.
Located in La Tania, Residence Britania Clés Blanches is 328 feet from Troika. Gros Murger Ski Elevator is 656 feet away. Some units include a dining area and/or balcony. Compact but had everything we needed and exellent loaction. Room was on the ooposite side of the building to the main street and slopes, So was nice and quiet.
La Tania is relatively a small resort with easy access to The Three Valleys ski area (650 km, the advts state) Not as many restaurants for eating out as other resorts, but my diet is somewhat limited. Burgers and Pizzas are not for me. Generally a pleasant family atmosphere. A very good local supermarket. Ski hire shops gave good friendly service. Yes, I would definitely consider going again.
A great resort on the doorstep of Courcheval but without the price tag. There's a few bars and restaurants, not loads, but enough. If you want shopping then you need to hop on the bus and go to Courcheval but if you're there for the skiing then you can't go wrong.
La Tania is a great spot for getting organised for the day and easy access to the main Courcheval valley. It is small but has at least 3 ski rental shops, ski school, a few restaurants, a supermarket and bakery. Prices are reasonable. Everything is so easy to get to including the gondola up the mountain. We also like the runs back to resort at the end of the day. We've stayed there at least 4 times over the past few years.
Green slope a bit too difficult for absolute beginners. La Ferme restaurant very good (we had raclette). Snow food pizza takeaway was excellent. Skimium ski hire was excellent. Access to slopes from chalet quarter very good. Andrea from Oxygene ski instructor was excellent for advanced lessons. Medical centre was good :-)
This village is the perfect spot for an unforgettable ski vacation. The slopes and the views are incredible and made for all levels. The lodging, restaurants, ski shop, supermarket, kids area and, of course, ski lift and slopes are all so convenient, and affordable, ideal for ski trip. We loved the Ski Lodge Pub, La Tiaga restaurant, and the Ski-Set shop was so helpful and courteous with our rentals. The ski in-and-out was well represented, as we just went down the hill to the bubble and were able to store our equipment in a ski locker under the apartment. The supermarket was "super" convenient, but get there early for fresh baguettes! Bring a sled if you drive, your kids will have a great time at the end of the day sledding down the hill while you sip an Affligem from the Ski Pub patio! Simply love this place and will be back every year, but will take the train and a taxi to avoid the very congested traffic from Lyon.
Simply stunning. We ate at both Pub Le Ski Lodge and La Taiga - staff very friendly and welcoming and food was delicious and excellent value for money. Sherpa has a good range of groceries and the patisserie was just perfect for fresh daily croissants, baguettes and cakes. Take advantage of the free ski bus that take you to Courchevel 1850 - the views are stunning. We had a great time and will definitely be returning
Location, comfortable beds, lots of storage space, kitchen had everything that was needed...., lovely balcony to sit on, with view to the center and watch the sun set, all rooms were bright with natural sunlight and nice views ... Quiet at night, great place to rest and enjoy with the family, friendly staff in local restaurants and shops, Courcheval near by if you want more busy style, lovely hike from La Tania to La Praz, even children could do it, so even though La Tania is quiet there is plenty to do in the area
The location is perfect, as it's ski in/ski out. It's in the town with lots of bars and restaurants. The hotel do very good food, with plenty of choice and plenty to eat. There is also a lovely afternoon tea and dinner has a very good choice. There is also a lovely pool and jacuzzi, plus sauna and the option to have massages. There are also pool tables, games etc. so plenty to enjoy. Amazing bar and plenty of comfy seats too.
Very close to the slope and easy to ski down to the La Tania bubble when there’s sufficient snow.
Location right in centre of La Tania, perfect for the shop and 20m from the slopes.
