The hotel is in a small, quiet village but the local museum of history and art is across the road. The restaurant in the hotel seems to be the only one in the vicinity but it’s excellent and the service is great. Our room was nicely appointed and very clean with comfy beds. Good location for visiting the attractions in the area but you’ll be best to do this via car. Also the staff are very friendly and are happy to help.

We were warmly welcome by "les 2 Freds", very nice and accomodating people. The location was exactly as described. It´s a nice little house well equipped and organised. In the middle of the nature, isolated and then perfect for people who likes it quiet. We enjoyed the garden, the nice touch of an old farm built with stones. We recommend for anyone wanting to stay away from busy towns and still having a nice apartment completely furnished with kitchen, living room etc. Please note to ask the exact address per message, as it differs slightly from the one on the room description.

Jerome is a most welcoming host. Everything was perfect. Please do book for dinner as it was exceptional. Wines to suit the menu all included. A beautiful place to stay

Very nice stay, friendly staff, excellent breakfast with view on the river in a beautiful room (mind the furniture). Great spa, wellness offer. The starred restaurant is an unforgetable experience! Many things to enjoy in the vicinity, including nice walks and visit of Joigny, not to mention all possibilities offered by Burgundy

We had a wonderful stay at Le Saint Julian. The hotel is located in a beautiful French village and has a charming, rustic atmosphere while still feeling very clean and well maintained. The rooms were lovely and very comfortable. The owner and staff were exceptionally welcoming and hospitable, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We especially enjoyed the option of dining al fresco, which added to the relaxed and friendly atmosphere. There was even a lovely dog at the property, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh orange juice and a good selection of food to start the day. Overall, the hotel felt like a home away from home, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would happily book again and highly recommend it to others.
