The staff were very friendly, and our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The hotel and room were clean and well maintained. The hotel went out of the way to provide us free transport to and back to Funiculaire and also dropped us at the railway station. That was more than what we expected.

Everything was good about this place. The staff were really helpful and didn't get tired of our unending questions about nearby restaurants, attractions, public transport times etc. The room itself was spacious, and beds were really comfortable. The view from the room was one of kind too. From this hotel, it is only a 14 min walk to the main grotto, 20 min walk to Lourdes train station, 20 min car journey to the Tarbes Airport. There are many local shops and restaurants nearby. There is also many routes for walking around this hotel too. The staff at reception helped us a lot in terms of directions and public transport times. I traveled with my family and we definitely enjoyed our 3 night stay here. I will definitely book this place again.
The hotel has an excellent location. We were given a substantial upgrade by being allocated to Hotel Panorama, a more modern hotel situated next door. The hotel staff are very efficient and extremely helpful. The buffet breakfast could be revamped with some fresh ideas and extensions. A perfect stay.
I liked very much. The accomodations are very good, broad and clean. The crew gave us all the atention. They were very helpful, including receveid us without reservation, because booking.com didn't send the mine to the Hotel.
The hotel was very clean and the staff were very professional. I had an issue with my room which was resolved satisfactorily. It is very close to the grotto which was reason for visit.
Location very near the sanctuary which is the purpose of our visit. We are happy with the free upgrade of our rooms upon check in, and the breakfast is also good.
