From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality that set the tone for a fantastic Christmas celebration. The property went above and beyond to make our stay special. I had requested an upgrade or a room with a good view as it was a special occasion for us, and they delivered on both counts. We were welcomed with a bottle of champagne, and the spacious room with its stunning view was simply delightful. The thoughtful touches and attention to detail made us feel valued and appreciated. A special mention to the gentleman on night duty at the reception—an exceptional human being who truly embodies the spirit of hospitality. He welcomed us with hot drinks, engaged in warm and friendly conversations, and ensured that we felt completely at home. It’s people like him who make trips memorable and leave a lasting impression. This property exceeded all our expectations, and we regret not staying longer. I cannot wait to return, not just for the comfortable stay but for the outstanding service and hospitality that made this visit so special. This hotel is one of the best hotels I’ve ever been in, in the center of Obernai , very special and had a great staff. By mistake I ordered extra room and they cancelled without payment. The hotel is a cozy beautiful with clean beautiful rooms. The big quadruple rooms were very special and great. Obernai is one of the most beautiful villages in the Alsace and full of action during night. And this hotel located exactly in the center of Obernai.

This was a lovely hotel. The staff was amazing and it had an elevator. The have actual metal keys for the door instead of a card. It was clean and comfortable and very reasonably priced.

    We have had the privilege to have lived in the Alsace and Mittelbergheim felt like coming home. The village is really typical for the Alsace and is a great place to stay also in winter to visit the Christmas markets. The food is a delight and breakfast was excellent with a lot of home made jams.

    An unspoilt village, lots of wooden houses, vignerons happy to give free tastings, bright flowers, storks, set amongst vineyards. We looked forward to the market but a hail storm saw it off. Take care with evening opening times - places to eat are often closed Monday and/or Tuesday

    Lovely old quirky hotel with beautifully restored rooms. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Mittelbergheim is a village full of character, very traditional with lovely old buildings and surrounded by vines which have a walking path round them with information on the vines. The hotel restaurant serves traditional alsace food which is very good, although the wine list is pretty limited apart from Alsace wines which I personally find a bit sweet. We really enjoyed our stay here and I would recommend it highly.

    Very nice place to stay on your way home. It is in the middle of the town with an parking area behind the hotel. Room was big and nice, supper was very good as was the breakfast. We will definitely go here again.

    Nothing! Sleepy town with nothing going on, would not recommend the town. As for the hotel, pretty much three key at us, no passport check, spoke no English (my fault not theirs) and pointed uphill for parking.
