This Greet hotel, a novel concept from the Accord group, opened just this summer. Located in Saïx, 4 km out of Castres, it is a good stopover on the road to Toulouse. No need to go to downtown Castres; there is a restaurant across the street, and the hotel has its own bar/lounge, a TV room plus a small terrace. Friendly manager/receptionist. Positive for the environment: lounge and rooms are decorated in part using recycled materials. Rooms contain huge flatscreen TV, airco, good bedding and sufficient lighting. Excellent WiFi. Modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Quiet (our room was at the back of the hotel). Spacious parking area.

Excellent little apartment. We only had one night there, but could have been comfortable for much longer. A good nights sleep on a firm mattress makes a world of difference when away from home.

So, I rented this for a DJ that were supposed to sleep in this appartment for the night. First, the owner did not communicate well at all. No english, and no answers when we tried calling or emailing. Second, the key box with its kode was not the kode that we got. So our DJ was left out without any where to sleep at our wedding. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, DO not book this at all!!!!!

Absolutely everything, from the moment we arrived we were looked after by Raphael with care and a smile. Our room (101) was outstanding, and the decor was in perfect harmony with the building. Breakfast was super, public parking is available nearby. The location is great a few steps from the centre. I can't understand why Hotel Renaissance hasn't got at least 4 stars. I would highly recommend this hotel.
