The rooms have a nice tasteful design and the breakfast was amazing. The location couldn't be better - right in the city centre, yet in a quiet street with free parking.

We were delighted with the friendly service from the moment that we walked through the door, late in the evening & were greeted by Clairmonts who spoke excellent English! Room was spacious, clean & comfortable!

The breakfast was excellent - a superb choice of foods available. The location was perfect, by the lovely sandy beach, with the long promenade. There were activities for old and young alike along the promenade, but you could easily just people watch ort get involved.

Really lovely boutique hotel. Super comfy room - small in size but well appointed and with a fabulous view! Felt cosy even as the cold wind howled outside. Staff were friendly and parking was secure.

My last visit to Hotel Borel was exactly 3 years ago. Now the rooms are completely modernised, and having a very comfortable sanitary area with a fantastic shower. Breakfast is excellent. Some technical issues in the room have been solved immediately, and I found that the front desk team as well as the management are very friendly and helpful. Since it was the best hotel where I stayed in Dunkerque in the past, I have to state that it is even better now. If I'll come back to the region I will stay again in Hotel Borel.

BEAUTIFUL surroundings on a hilltop overlooking a quaint village with a monastery next door making cheese! Locally sourced food! Very clean facility, lovely dinner for 20€/each. Local beer on tap. Superb breakfast included. Fantastic find.

We had a wonderful view on Dunkirk

We were travelling with our small dog and Oliver and the staff made us feel very at home. We also booked breakfast which was lovely and had a good choice of food.
