This luxury hotel is an excellent countryside retreat featuring a state-of-the-art spa, fantastic gardens and award-winning cuisine. Beautiful old manor house with lovely gardens and grounds. Very clean and well maintained. Excellent restaurant with the food well prepared and presented. I thought the cost was very reasonable. The bathroom was large and the towels and accoutrements were very good. The shower was outstanding. The bed was comfortable. We were visiting friends and did not use the spa facilities, but they looked very good.

The Elms is a lovely country house hotel & spa in a really nice area. The hotel is updating a lot of its rooms which are all tastefully decorated and very clean. The staff are friendly and very helpful and the spa is an added bonus. We particularly enjoyed our breakfasts with plenty of choices on the menu. This was my second stay and I will definitely be returning again.

I picked it as a good base to visit historic places I have wanted to visit for a long time - was able to get to Stokesay castle in Shropshire and Aston Hall in Birmingham in an hour. Also discovered a wonderful Baroque church nearby at Great Witley. Its a beautiful, semi-unknown location.

Had fish and chips on the evening which was full of bones, chips undercooked and fish grey (not fresh) Kept up all night by the room above untill 4am, attempted to call reception on many occasions with no answer. Told the receptionist the next morning upon check out and didn't even receive an apology.

The hotel is in an attractive small village in an attractive rural location with good views from the hotel grounds. The restaurant was busy and clearly popular and the bar welcoming. The room had been recently refurbished to a high standard; the shower was excellent and the beds comfortable. We had been to the Malvern Spring Show and eaten out with a friend in Malvern afterwards- arriving late in the evening was no problem. We visited Witley court, a favourite of ours, on the way home, as it is very close. We will stay here again.
