We loved everything about this hotel, the view from our room was magnificent, great size room, comfortable bed, lovely breakfast and restaurant meals were really good as well. In the heart of the Lake District, this luxury country house hotel offers a 3 AA rosette restaurant, free Wi-Fi and award-winning breakfasts. Lake Windermere is only 400 metres away. The room was comfortably decorated and absolutely spotless. They are altogether dog loving. The area was spectacular for dog walking and playing!! Food was excellent!! And spending new year with them will be gratefully remembered. Staff goes to great lengths to make their guests feel comfortable.

With a picturesque location in Ambleside, Ambleside Salutation Hotel & Spa, BW Premier Collection features a modern spa and a brasserie. Stayed in a spa suite and couldn’t fault a thing. Will definitely be returning.
