The location was perfect to walk to the nearest train station. There were a lot of restaurants close by ( walkable in 5 min) which makes this hotel a perfect place to stay. We stayed on the 10th floor, where we had a good view from our room as well. Breakfast was good as well. Manoj was very friendly and helpful.

The room was so lovely and the bed was really really comfortable. I could have slept in it all weekend (including the day). The staff were super attentive and answered any question I had with a smile. I honestly would not stay anywhere else if I was visiting the area again. Its also close to the train station and shops/restaurants for all budgets.

Very friendly staff who were courteous and polite. Room was very big and nice. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of variety and we really enjoyed this. Lots of parking too which was hugely convenient.

    We loved Banstead feels upmarket— a friendly village with lovely coffee shops, Waitrose and Tesco, plus beautiful parks and tree-lined country roads for walks, and the M25 only 10 minutes away so it was really easy to get around.
