Everything was awesome! The chalet was comfortable, spacious and suited us well. Food was excellent. Service was top notch - always with professionalism and a smile. The location was everything we'd hoped for, and we called it "the Real Scotland"! Despite the somewhat isolated location, there was plenty to do and sights to see. Country life at its finest.

Set within in its own attractive gardens, this modern hotel is ideally located on the outskirts of Stornoway, just across the road from the golf course leading onto historic Lews Castle grounds.

Restaurant has fabulous menu offerings and is quite busy so book table in advance. Note super early 5.30am continental breakfast was available in case you are going out birdwatching or need to catch the ferry.
