Really friendly staff in the hotel, bar and restaurant. I don’t usually give reviews but I had to for the Mason. Honestly, everyone is so welcoming. I want to mention just how clean the rooms are. My room was the cleanest room I have ever stayed in and I have traveled the world. The cleaning team need a massive pay rise for their attention to detail. The taps and shower screen were spotless.
